Human Rights Network-Uganda, the women movement in Uganda under the National Coalition on Police Accountability and Security Sector Reform writes this letter to protest against the gross misconduct and unprofessional behavior of police officers as demonstrated during recent arrest of one Zaina Fatuma a Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) activist and member of the party’s Executive Committee on 10th October 2015.
