Africa Freedom of Information Centre (AFIC) in conjunction with Collaboration on International ICT policy for East and Southern Africa (CIPESA), HURINET-U under the Coalition on Freedom of Information (COFI) and The Office of the Prime Minister through the Directorate of Information and National Guidance cordially invite you to the Commemoration of the International Day for Universal Access to Information 2016.

The celebration will be held on Wednesday, September 28^th at the Golf Course Hotel from 2.00pm to 5.00pm and there after a cocktail will be served at the Golf Course Hotel, Kampala at 5:30pm.

Attached is your invitation letter.

There will be no facilitation for Up country participants
