Let me give you some data, which shows in which direction we are going to move in next 5 years through our 12th Five Year Plan. The draft approach paper for the 12th Plan period has been released for discussion. I did not take pain to read it, I just tried to search mention of some words in this 182 pages full of text document. I tried to see how much thought has been given where. Just see what I found -
These are words and their existence in 12th plan -
1. The word Dignity has been used - 0 times
2. The word Tribal or schedule Tribe has been used - 8 times
3. The word Dalit or schedule caste has been used - 2 times
4. The word Farmer/s has been used - 38 times
5. The word Market has been used - 67 times
6. The word PPP has been used - 45 times
7. The word Hunger has been used - 0 times
8. The word Dignity has been used - 0 times
9. The word Equality has been used - 0 times
10.The word Equity has been used - 9 times
11. The word GROWTH has been used - 279 times
12. The word Human Rights has been used - 0 times
13. The word Disability has been used - 0 times
14. The word Exclusion has been used - 0 times
