Being with a small child can be extremely challenging if you are tired. Children are always wanting to play and explore and with our jobs, home work and unending tasks what we don’t have is the energy to cope with their enthusiasm.
All yoga practices bring tremendous change in our wellbeing. Asanas (postures) make the body flexible, bring more body awareness and aids in comfortable sitting postures for higher yoga practices. Pranayam (Yogic Breathing) brings very high energy and aligns the Chakras. It also removes blockages in the flow of Pranic energy in the Etheric body. And Sun Salutation is a powerful exercise bringing muscle toning while improving focus of mind.
From 2005 we are conducting the “YOG Basic” programs at many locations in Southern California so that you receive a systematic training in using powerful yoga tools. Our classes are focused around you learning it expertly, you understanding the theory about Yoga and practice with understanding.
While yoga postures (Asanas), Pranayam and Sun Salutations are very important exercises in bringing our physical and etheric body in tune, it is very important that we learn this under trained teachers.
