While growing up all food everywhere
made w/ bleached white flour, processed white
flour and white flour. bread, pastry,
pancake, cookie and pizza dough,
and of course like today, denatured spahgetti and noodles.
It gave me celiac disease, and fat absorption was obviously
lacking in my digestability.
Today's it the same for mainstream usa.
they say whole wheat, but it is only 5-10%
whole grain. Watch out.
