Hey guys - we need to get a lot of votes if we want to win the Pepsi Refresh Grant...if you want to help with one of the times below please send me or Kelsea an email and let us know!!! We will be calling people and asking them to commit to being daily voters...there will be a brief conference call to train you on what to say and then a debrief at the end.
Thanks! :)
Elizabeth

Hey Elizabeth,

I left you a voicemail about helping with the phone bank - recruiting folks from NCSEN! Ian Kelly also has agreed to help recruit folks.
Could you help recruit around 10 NCSEN leaders to phone bank? I'm hoping to have between 5-10 people phone banking each time.

Here are the times of the phone banks:

Thursday, June 30 -- 6-8pm
Tuesday, July 5 -- 5-7pm
Wednesday, July 6 -- 7-9pm

I'm also recruiting folks in Georgia and Florida to help phone bank as well. I will be sending out the conference line info, the phone bank rap, and the contact sheet tomorrow probably.

Here's how this remote phone bank works:
- we all hop on the conference line for the first 15 minutes to talk best practices and go over the rap
- then we call independently for 90 minutes
- then we hop back on the phone for the last 15 minutes to debrief our experience and talk lessons learned!

I would love it if you could help recruit folks! Call me when you get a chance. I'll be out of town from tomorrow until Wednesday, but definitely available by phone.

Thanks!
Kelsea
