Good people,
I will be staying in Asheville for a few extra days to recover from a foot injury. So we will be able to have another meeting at my house this week! I encourage anyone in Asheville to come out!
Just to recoup, Last meeting we:
-Decided make our campaign motto "Flip the Switch" in reference to turning of lights and lowering heating and cooling temperatures as well as a figurative reference to awakening energy consciousness in the student body.
-set in place a few of the organizers for the "Energy Awareness Concert and Rally". Glenn, Loyd and I(Macon) will be helping out with that of you would like to help let us know.
-found out from John that there is a large amount of green energy money from the US Government Stimulus in the Student energy and fellowship program. Excited to see what we can do with this.
