We are pleased to share that Save the Children has offered financial support for CRM activities.
For this purpose, we are holding a Planning Meeting to discuss and finalize the activities for the six month period of July to December, 2013.
We are pleased to invite one representative from your organization to attend the meeting.
The proposed meeting will be held in Islamabad on July 8-9, 2013 at Hill View Hotel, F-7 Islamabad.
Timings: 9:30-5:00 pm
Please confirm participation and names of attending member by July 4 2013.

Thanks for your response.
As you have mentioned that we have a space for accommodating 30 people and the members invited in the email are only 11 organizations consisting of 14 individuals only. Also I pointed it out because from some organizations there are two individuals being nominated and from some only one is nominated therefore maybe we should keep our focus on maximum participation of the CRM members and not only to a few selective organizations, keeping in view the importance of this meeting.
I hope my suggestion will be taken positively and truly in the sense in order to strengthen CRM for which we all are striving.

Space is limited to 30 people and criteria for selection is the organizations who have regularly attended the CRM meeting over the years.
