I tried to purchase a piece and asked for a few changes in the contract of sale; the sale was unceremoniously cancelled. Zambia does need a lot of control in real estate. I actually do wonder if there is a real Estate Board in Zambia. If there is one, I have never heard of it and I wonder what is their role in all of this.
