I can see Victor, Alick,Aaron, of the two one must be Chisalanda ! Who is the other guy ?

I trust you are doing well. I am fine. 

Can somebody help me with some information on the approach they have taken regarding the National Service programme......????

I have been following the issue of national service in the country. It seems they have taken a different approach from what I envision(some years back when I was advocating for it). I just read the online news that some youths 'graduated' from skills training on a national service programme. After reading such a story/report, I can not comprehend the aim of this whole National Service Programme. I only wish I knew who is responsible for the planning of the programme so I could get in touch with them to find out what is actually involved in the programme.
