Sponsorship for Chiguru

Dear Sir/Madam,

Request for sponsorship for Chiguru, annual event for children from government schools and orphanages.

Youth for Seva is a project of Hindu Seva Pratishtana, which has been in the forefront of social service for nearly three decades.

YFS was set up in the year 2007 with intent to inspire the youth to volunteer their time for community development.  YFS has

undertaken several social projects in field of Education, Health and Enviroment.

Chiguru is an annual event initiated by YFS in the year 2009 to provide opportunity for the children of government and informal

schools, to excel themselves in extracurricular activities. The day long event will have various competitions in singing, dancing, debates, drawing, acting and more. Chiguru 2010 was a great success with participation by about 250 children across 15 schools. With the same thought and inspiration Youth for Seva is all set for Chiguru 2011 scheduled to be held on November 27, 2011 with participation from about 600 children across 15 schools.

We kindly request you for a sponsorship for our event Chiguru 2011. The purpose of the sponsorship is to cover for the costs
