In this issue: another tournament, and a few friendly reminders.


REMINDER TO ALL

If you have not paid your dues for the semester yet, you need to take
care of that NOW.
Dues are $30 a semester, if you need to set up a payment plan, either
talk to or email Jordan ASAP. We have made every effort to keep dues
as low as humanly possible. These dues pay for everyone having a
coach, running costs, and keeping all equipment in safe working order.


CLUB EQUIPMENT

If you would like to borrow club equipment, there is a one dollar
rental fee per practice. This is a separate fee and is not covered by
club dues. We accept advance payments if you would like to pay for a
week or a month of practice all at once. The money goes directly to
the equipment cleaning and maintenance. You will no longer be allowed
to borrow equipment without the rental fee.


UPCOMING TOURNAMENT

We have a tournament coming up November 21, in San Luis Obispo. If you
are interested let us know at least a week and a half a before the
tournament so travel plans can be made. Everyone is encouraged to
compete, and all beginners are strongly encouraged to compete in
Novice Foil.


As always, practice times are:
Wednesdays - 6:00-8:00pm Acker 202
Fridays - 6pm-8pm Shurmer Gym (Acker 202 on some days due to the
Ballroom Dance club)
Sundays - 5:00-8:00 Shurmer Gym
