Hi, Steve!



I just spoke with our teacher Kelli Ruley at Nord Country School who
two years ago started having her 5th & 6th graders run a mile against
the clock once every 2 weeks. At the last staff meeting they decided
that we should have all grades of the school do distance running
(walking for the younger kids) starting every other Thursday at 8:10
AM. Would you think that there would be anyone on our Healthy
Childrens Fun Run committee who might want to volunteer to help out at
our school every other thursday, starting September 4th? How about the
Chico Running Club folks that you work with? Any suggestions?
