Leah here. I am reaching out again as a volunteer coordinator on
behalf of Generic Events. We need your and your club's help to support
runners at the upcoming XTERRA Trail Race at Marin Headlands– coming
to town on Saturday, June 13th (21k and 7k). We are on the hunt for
VOLUNTEERS; below you will find all of the details.

WHERE: Golden Gate National Recreation Area (Marin Headlands)
WHEN: June 13 (Saturday)
TIME: 5:30a.m. - 1:00p.m. (2 shifts available)

Additional staffing is also needed for Friday, June 12th:
COURSE MARKING: 11:00a.m. or 12:00p.m.
PACKET PICKUP: REI in Corte Madera
213 Corte Madera Town Center
Corte Madera, CA 94925

Duties range from course marking, race day setup and registration,
food & aid stations, to course monitoring, finish line timing, course
sweeping and course breakdown.

'Course sweepers' walk or run the courses after the runners depart to
return the trails back to nature.

How do we reward our volunteers? Each volunteer will receive a
