I know its a bit of a drive from Chico but I wanted to reach out and
let you and the Chico Running Club know about a contest to win free
tickets to the USA Track and Field Championships and Junior
Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene from June 25th to the 28th.
The tickets will be drawn from those who post a comment on this blog
post http://blog.strands.com/2009/06/16/win-tickets-to-the-usa-outdoor-track-field-championships/.
Chico runner Scott Bauhs should be in contention in 10k for a World
Championships spot and if you spread this around your club there is a
good chance the winner could come from your group.

To win users must post their Strands.com username in the comments of
the blog and they are entered to win. It's as easy as that. We will
pick the winners on June 24th at the latest.

Since you will have a Strands username we would love to have your
group stay active on Strands.com. It is a free online training log for
runners, cyclists, triathletes, hikers, etc. On the site you can
connect with other runners, share running routes, get gear advice, and
folllow the training of Olympians and recreational joggers. We think
it could be a great place for groups to post group runs and stay in
