The Cross-Cultural Leadership Center has a great opportunity for
your members, especially for your elected officers. We are hosting the
2nd Annual Student Leadership Conference called iLEAD: The Journey.
Think about your student leadership experiences. Sometimes as students
we are put into leadership roles without really having any training or
understanding of what that role means. Well, as students, we agree
that this is an issue. We see student orgs flourish because of Great
Leadership but we also see student orgs disappear because of Lack of
Leadership. We want your organization to flourish and we encourage you
to send students in your organization to this Leadership Conference to
help them build the skills they need to flourish as student Leaders,
ESPECIALLY if they are thinking about being an executive officer in
your organization. Students will be able to choose workshops to
enhance their skills, learn their leadership style and how to work
with others, and understand the significance of Networking. We will
also a have two KeyNote Speakers: Courri Brady and Mark Hartley. Be
ready to be inspired and let us provide you with the tools you need to
be a successful leader.
THIS IS A CONFERENCE FOR STUDENTS, BY STUDENTS!
It is Sunday May 1, 2011 from 8:30 - 5
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided and we hope you join us for this
transformational day!
Registration is all online and the cost to students is $20 dollars. If
this is an issue, contact your Department Adviser and we can get you
sponsored by the Dean of BSS.
