and missed the sked (lack of spring fever?) ... 

Thank you Carmen you've reminded me I've got to get a 'lower' antenna for close 

in contact higher angle rx/tx ... gotta be some wire out in the shed.

Just a note from those who 'hear' us:

This past week I was pleased to receive an e-mail from
YU1AO, Vladan Kecman.

He's been listening in on our 40 meter 7.018 QRQ skeds from time to

time and asked about my ''one-man pushup pole, antenna mast design" 
... This is a worldwide hobby after all and many DX station ops can handle

English (CW) at any speed.
Always great to hear there is interest everywhere. Tnx to Vlad for the

contact.
