4th of July Plans?

Hey guys,

Anybody have plans for this weekend? Do you guys get Monday off? There's a FREE Passion Pit concert at Grant Park for Taste of Chicago on the 4th but other than that...anybody feel like making a weekend trip? Or raging mad hard in the city? Question question question mark?

I'm down for whatever. I think a BBQ with lots of meat and beer (to truly celebrate America) is very necessary.

Is there somewhere we can picnic around 4 or 5 after the Passion Pit show? I figure people are going to want to go home right after if they're gross or something and to pick up food to bring if we do this potluck style. Oh and does anybody know anything about picking up tickets to be able to get to the stage?

AW MAN I have America suspenders but I didn't bring them with me to Chicago...OH HOW FOOLISH

A picnic/BBQ sounds awesome! If you guys want to pick up food beforehand, I have a car we can use to make grocery runs in bulk and transport food over if anyone can think of a good spot to congregate.
