We're looking for Rails developers who appreciate a collaborative
culture and have TDD encoded into their hands' muscle memory. We're
looking for people interested in expanding beyond Rails, beyond Ruby,
and into languages like Clojure, Scala, Scheme, and F#. Obtiva is a
learning organization founded in the values and principles of the
Agile Manifesto*. We thrive on growing great minds in the field of
software development. We're trying to raise the bar for what great
software means to Chicago enterprises and entrepreneurs. We're a
small company that grew in 2009 and are ramping up to grow rapidly
