$750 for spacious west-facing bedroom with tree-top views. or
$850 for extravagantly large east facing bedroom with juliette balcony, walk in closet, extra space for yoga or private little office or seating area, and other nice details, or
$1100 for beautiful fully finished and very large attic suite with private full bath, bamboo floors, and many windows and skylights.
The two larger rooms would be *perfect* for a couple or an individual who really would enjoy having something special.
All the rooms are a very nice size. The house itself is really fantastic
There's a full bathroom on each floor.
Please be mature and positive and no pets, smoking, or party animals.
This is a fun and really respectful place.
The rooms are available immediately, so mid August or Sept 1 would be good move-in dates.
