Hi Everyone,

We�ve recently been working with Meetup.com to chapterize NetSquared Local groups. If your group uses Meetup as part of it�s online presence, please read on!

In the next few weeks, we'll be moving to a new chapter-based system on Meetup.com. Chapterizing will provide a framework for groups that meet globally to be connected and managed centrally. For you, as a Net2 Local Organizer, the tool will have three main benefits:

1. Net2 HQ will pay the Meetup bill automatically. No more coupons or �your meetup group is about to expire� messages.
2. Your group members will feel connected to the global NetSquared community via a centralized NetSquared presence on Meetup.
3. You will still maintain full control over your events and your local community, though you will need to opt-in to give the head Organizer position to NetSquared, which will be the official owner of the group moving forward.

It will also give us (the community team at Net2 HQ) the added benefit of significantly streamlining the addition of new groups, something that has been a long-winded process in the past.

The Meetup Chapter Program is brand new and we are one of the first groups to get access to it. I�m sure there will be one or two teething problems along the way, but the functionality overall should be a huge improvement.

I really want to encourage you all to opt-in to upgrading to this useful new tool, but participation at this point is not mandatory.
