Below is an email from Wendy Greco of Analysis-Exchange. I was introduced to her through ITA.

She would be a great speaker for an upcoming NetSquared event. The organization does seo/analytics for nonprofits for free.

Let me know what you think.

Heidi

Heidi,

I'm *more* than happy to have her as a speaker - can you start a Google Doc when you get a chance and "share" it with the Google Group? Just type out any and all ideas you have (and everyone else - do the same).

Had a *great* chat with Claire at Netsquared via Skype - the good news is that, much like the global org, we're going through much of the same issues (group lull, looking to engage people, etc). I have some homework of my own to do, but I think there are some strategies that I will go ahead and use (do a community survey, etc). I'll need a little time to digest all the information I've received, but I think there's some simple ways we can make our work as organizers easier, and we can focus on bringing some new blood.

(on that note, let's also start thinking about who we might want to invite as possible organizers. Don't worry about sending nominations - let's focus first on getting through the rest of this year and planning for Jan - March of this year).

Also, you can ignore my note to Pumping Station - I'm more than open to holding the meeting on another day for one month (and I want to see, as per Claire's recommendation, if current/potential members feel another day is helpful). But I'm not looking to start reinventing Net Tuesday any time soon.

Gordon
