The five DREAMers -Erick, Omar, Lupe, Paola and Sayra- arrested yesterday in Gov. Daniels office in Indiana have all gone on a hunger strike effective 5am this morning. They vow to continue the hunger strike, refusing to be bonded out of jail, until the Governor vetoes HB1402 and SB590.
Shaun will you take action in solidarity with the 5 undocumented youth in jail?
1. Demand Gov. Daniels takes action to veto the bills and bail the students out of jail.
"Hi I am calling to ask that Gov. Daniels VETO HB1402 and SB590 and that he then bail out of jail the 5 undocumented youth he arrested on Monday!"
2. Donate to the DREAMers bail fund to support this and future undocumented arrest actions.
If you have already called the Governors office then please call again, post a message on facebook and have all of your friends take action as well! Do not let the action of these brave DREAMers go to waste!
