President Obama's proposal to bomb Syria has met with almost universal rejection from the public around the world.

Yesterday the Russian and Syrian governments called Obama's bluff by agreeing with Sec't of State Kerry's off-hand remark that the crisis could be resolved by removing chemical weapons from the country.  But Kerry showed the hypocrisy of the Obama administration by quickly walking back his proposal and reiterating Obama's determination to bomb the country.

Tonight Obama will go on national TV to push once again for bombing.

We must counter his war speech, and the major media's pro-war bias, by promoting the voices of the pro-peace majority.

Please join us tonight for a event timed to counter Obama's pro-war speech.  We will begin in front of the Chicago Tribune building and then take our message to other media outlets in the area.

6 PM tonight (Tuesday)
435 N. Michigan Ave, Chicago

Join us as we say, "Obama, Congress & the Media: Listen to the People -- No War with Syria!"

Please join and share the Facebook event:  https://www.facebook.com/events/417759778335798/
