Hello everyone,

Thank you for all your efforts in helping stop student deportations.
Today we got the news that Yves Gomes got a deferred action and will
not be deported on Friday. This is the second DREAMer that has gotten
a deferred action in the past week. This shows that all the calls,
faxes, emails and public pressure is working. Now is the time to help
another DREAMer. Ivan, a 22-year old DREAMer from Michigan is facing
deportation any day now back to Russia. Please take action now to stop
his deportation. We were able to do it for Marlen last week, let's
save Ivan this week.

Take this 3 easy steps and make a huge difference in the life of a
young man.

1. Help us send 3,000 faxes to DHS: http://www.facebook.com/l/ae044xi5BANQbYb5QtPAS5x7cIQ;bit.ly/ivanfax

2. Call Janet Napolitano, Director of Department of Homeland
Security,: 202-282-8495

3. Call Assistant Secretary to ICE, John Morton and leave a message
urging him to take action and defer Ivan’s deportation: 202.732.3000

**Be very polite:

“I am calling to leave a message of support for Ivan (A#078-251-095)
who is going to be deported any day now. I ask that Director Morton
please step in to defer his deportation, he is an asset to this
country. Thank you.”
