The Lybia Economic was good under Ghaddafi government despite sanctions and His era affected the lives of some Lybians positively. Good infrastructures and new developments. Ghaddafi only forgetten that "whatever goes round, must surely comes round" and that, "the dog that will get lost, will not listen to the hunters' whistle". So, He failed "to quit when the ovation becomes louder".

But if after 10years, the NTC did not live to the expectations of her citizens, people will occupy the streets to celebrate Ghaddafi's era. And to other sit tight Leaders/Dictators in Africa and beyond, this is just a big lesson to learn from it, they should stop following the same rough road to avoid being ended up badly. They should "borrow a leave" from the African father of democracy, Ex South African President, Nelson Mandela who spent one term and majestically "stepped out of the floor when the music is over".
