Community Meeting This Saturday at 10 AM-12p Coffee and Donuts will be provided!!!
Good jobs are leaving our neighborhoods, our schools are closing down,
and banks are kicking more people out of their homes every day. The
recession is over for Wall Street but is it over for your neighborhood?
The first part of the meeting
will be talking about the economy. The second part will be planning
neighborhood actions for the following Saturday and planning to get more
folks involved in the campaign.
Why come-- Folks
are fed up with corporate America showing record profits while main
street is still suffering. This Saturday there are going to be 6
neighborhood meetings where community members will be coming together to
talk about the economy and what we can do to change it. We know that
if we organize we can stand up to corporate American and turn this
economy around.
Chicagoans are coming together in six locations throughout the city to
talk about solutions. Join your neighbors in standing up to demand
