We did it!
Marlen received the best news of all yesterday, ICE contacted her to let her know that they reconsidered her case and will be allowing for her to stay in the country for one more year!!
Wow.
Marlen is able to stay because you took action. You called, you faxed and you had all of your friends do the same thing. Thank you.

Like Marlin we are dedicated to continuing the fight for the DREAM Act and we hope you are too. This victory shows us that we can win any case anywhere, but it also reminds us that we cannot keep fighting one case at a time, we have to get one big victory for all of us and that comes via passing the DREAM Act.
Starting this coming week we have organizers who are dropping everything to move to other states and mobilize SUPPORT THEM.
