For those IYJLites that will be at the weekly Sunday meeting, we can stop right after the meeting for the BBQ!

YOU ARE INVITED!!! FUNDRAISER EVENT

• Watch the Soccer World Cup Final (Celebrate….or Not!!!) Game starts at 1:30PM sharp!

• BBQ- Enjoy the food that our special Chef (Tony Guillen) will be making for you on the Grill!

• Make signs and Migra-mantas for coming up actions! (Materials will be available)

• Take fliers with you to be distribute before going home of our coming actions

• Enjoy Music and all the good stuff that we’ll be offering for you and get involve with the campaign!

Join and help the Moratorium on Deportation Campaign with its first fundraiser by bringing yourself and your friends to the event!

Campaign Coming up actions:

July 19 2010- Staring July 19th we will launch the Migra-manta tactic, which involves the participation of all the community. Migra-mantas will be posted all around the city, everywhere where the public can see them and it will encourage others to do the same. July 29 2010- Rally in front of the Cook County Jail, California Ave corner of 26th Street, Thursday July 29th at 4 pm- is called in solidarity with our sisters and brothers in Arizona. They have called for a Day of Non-Compliance in the day in which the SB 1070 is enacted. We call to protest the racist SB1070, the Poli-migra in the Cook County Jail and demand an end to the deportations.
