Make sure that you have accounted all delegates in your respective
area and we have them included in our list. Please be informed that we
will use the names that appeared in the listing for the conference ID.
Just to keep us in the loop before everybody is on travelling mode, I
would like to request for a teleconference on Wednesday, July 8, 2009.

conference and provide you with updates. Good if you can email us your
questions ahead of time if you already have them for consolidation.
You may invite other area leaders and relevant interested parties to
this meeting.
Together with the conference team, we would like to thank all of you
for your efforts in promoting our upcoming conference. Much more,
please extend our appreciation to brothers and sisters in your
respective area who have responded and are now preparing for the big
