Dear CFC-Youth Couple Coordinators,  

   We, as the CFC Youth coordinators of Illinois, extend our welcome to all those CFC- Youth and CFC- Youth Coordinators who will be traveling here from all over the country for our 15^th year anniversary. We are very excited to meet you all.  

   With that we wanted to send a clarification of the roles of the CFC- Youth coordinators during the conference, (especially with this also being the CFC conference). Our roles as CFC Youth coordinators is incredibly important in shaping the future of our community. We want to make sure that at all times our youth are safe, and have the best environment for growing closer to our Lord. Here are some guidelines to help with this.  

1. Coordinators are ultimately responsible for the youth from their area. You should know them all by name and make sure that the youth know how to get a hold of you.
2. Coordinators should do rounds at night to make sure that all of their youth are on their assigned floor or room. Security will do one round around 12 midnight.
3. Coordinators should assign a youth leader to do wake-up call for the youth in the morning, and then follow up to make sure that the youth are awake when they need to be.
4. Security will take care of the youth from 6:30pm- 11:00pm on Saturday night so that the youth coordinators can enjoy the party with the Couples for Christ.
