I would like to setup a teleconference on Monday, February 16, 2009 at 8:30pm Central/9:30@pm Eastern/7:30pm Western. Tel (218) 486-1600 and access code=826403#.

The main purpose of this meeting is to supplement the conference updates done through email. This will also give the ACCs opportunity to raise concerns for everyone to hear (might be a concern for others too) and hopefully addressed them quickly in the meeting.

This is intended for all ACCs (Area Conference Coordinator) but others may dial in to join and listen. Though we will give ACCs priority in the meeting, non-ACCs may bring up important matters if deemed relevant that requires immediate action. Otherwise, you may send your comments to theConferenc...@cfcillinois.org.

We hope to make this telecon as short as possible. To facilitate our discussion, may I request that you write down your comments and send it ahead of time for us to review and prepare answer or course of action to take. For those who raised questions before, kindly write them again so everything will be covered. My apology for those I missed to reply and please post them back so it will be taken up in the meeting.
