Hey Dmitry, just getting to checking this out, looks great, thanks!

If I'm understanding correctly, v0.8.9 is released as a tag, whereas 0.8.8 was a branch. Could you let us know the best way to work with the latest releases and manage our dependencies?

Cheers,
Igor

Hi,

branches are for development, they meant to be deleted, after specific feature (or collection of them) merged into master. Tags are snapshots of specific state (i.e. release). You can find all releases with relevant tags here
https://github.com/ChicagoBoss/ChicagoBoss/releases

btw, we had release for 0.8.8 too.

if you want to use tags as dependency in rebar.config, correct line will be
        {boss,               ".*",   {git, "git://github.com/ChicagoBoss/ChicagoBoss.git",       "v0.8.9"}},

Regards, I have a little problem to get the entire CB with its all dependencies, I'm behind a proxy with many restrictions and I'm not being able to execute rebar get-deps correctly I already tried git with cygwin but I got CONNET method connection refused. So my point is that if some of you would be so kind of send me the entire release of CB 0.8.9 with all its dependencies correctly working and functional.

NOTE: this is my email, co...@frcuba.co.cu and iv...@radioguaimaro.icrt.cu not the google one because I have not access to it because of google restrictions.

I you do, the able way for me is receiving it throw facebook chat or with a link of a zipped file in some repo or server not megadownload or rapidshare because I have no access to it neither.

Best regards,
Ivan
