How to execute do_something_for_server_start() in ChicagoBoss?

Hi! I am learning ChicagoBoss.
I have some quetions, Can you tell me the right way?
  1. I want to do something when the web server start. how to do that and where should i put do_something_for_server_start?
  2. Does boss_db support "or" condition Now?

There are some hooks in priv/init where you can add something.

boss_db is best for really simple queries; beyond those I usually
reach for SQL via boss_db:execute pretty quickly.
