Keep getting cant find erl error  each time i try

FOR /F "tokens=*" %%i in ('"rebar.cmd boss c=start_dev_cmd | findstr erl"') do set myvar=%%i
START ":)" %myvar%

erlang is on the system , in fact i can do erl from any place and
get the erlang shell started.
I am thinking i could modify the path.

C:\ewww\bluetray>rebar boss c=start_cmd|grep -v "==>"
werl +K true +P 64768 -pa ../bluetray/ebin -pa ./deps/aleppo/ebin -pa...etc

the start up appends the pa for the exe's don't know where this
file is so i can manually add the path to erl.exe
