This Thursday, April 10th, for National HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, The Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is hosting a health fair and a film screening of "HIV and the Journey to Zero" followed
with community talkback. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided!
The event takes place at out Outpatient Clinic located at 1440 N. Dayton St., 1st floor, Chicago, IL 60660. Just two blocks south of the North/Clyborn Red Line stop! The 72 North and 8 Halsted busses also stop within walking distance!
The Community Health and Resource Fair begins at 3:30p, and the film screening will begin at 6p (Doors open at 5:30p). Please join us for an inspiring film about combatting the HIV/AIDS epidemic, as well as the community talkback following the screening.
