Youth & Family Program Manager

Salary Range:$55,000.00 To $62,000.00 Annually
The Youth and Family Programs Manager (YFPM) develops, implements, and evaluates programs and services that serve LGBTQ+ youth and families throughout Chicago in alignment with Center on Halsted’s mission and departmental goals. This position requires the ability
to develop new strategies and innovative approaches to address the evolving challenges faced by LGBTQ+ youth and families. The YFPM must be able to manage multiple ongoing projects effectively with an eye toward impactful program and service delivery, using
data and feedback to inform program improvements and demonstrate success. This role requires a leader who can work collaboratively with staff across Center departments as well as build meaningful partnerships with local organizations, schools, and other stakeholders
to enhance support networks. Finally, the YFPM must have strong interpersonal skills so they can build rapport and trust with youth, families, staff, and community members and lead safe and welcoming programs that foster an atmosphere of inclusion and respect
among participants from diverse backgrounds.
