prusa mendels really are pretty easy things.

especially when compared to building my darwin machine. i built up my
new prusa mendel with parts printed on my darwin this weekend. (also,
Chris K from this list has also mostly built a prusa with parts I
printed). The cables are still a rats next, but i was able to do a
full movement check last night and should be printing later this week.

I'm also shifting to the mendel/RAMPS toolchain (tonokip firmware,
repsnapper interface, skeinforge generation) so there will be a few
bumps there i'm sure. (but not likely like the ones i hit when i first
started working with my darwin.)

costs have really come down. I'd definitely advise those on this list
to consider this route to home 3d printing.
