OK guys, here is your chance to give me some constructive criticism
from last Monday's meeting. Feel free to tell me how we can improve
the mock trading sessions. What you liked, didn't like. And any
suggestions for future meetings. I'll be posting some comments on here
as well.

John,

I have a creative idea for a future meeting:

As always, we are all given the same security to trade on, but in the
end, the individuals in the group that made the most money get to go up
front and explain what they did RIGHT and how they corrected their
mistakes in order to make the trade work. In other words, as they
explain their thought process, we get to listen and learn, step by
step, what the group did to achieve success in that particular trade. I
believe this would help tremendously. As it is right now, we know some
people "made money" but we are clueless as to how.

Thanks again!

Fernando,

That is a great idea. I would have liked to have done that at the last
meeting but we simply took too long getting through all the trades. We
need to speed that process up. But I agree with you, at the end, we'll
appoint one person from the winning group to explain to the other two
groups their thought process on all the trades they made.

My goal going forward is to make sure we don't run out of time at the
end of the night. I think we'll accomplish this by going week to week.
