m4e beta rules released

Not sure how many of you still follow things, but as you've previously mentioned - the game needed a new edition and m4e is happening.

Open beta rules officially released:

1. tldr; shortening and simplifying everything in the game. 4 rounds instead of 5, streamlined schemes, no dmg flips. Casual game time expected to go from avg 4 hrs => 2 hrs
