I need your help. I want to do a gladiator style event Friday night. Would 300 points and 12 SWC or 400 points be better? We would use the annihilation scenario exclusively.

For sure it will be two lists with a max of two combat groups.

I also need a title for the event

"Infinity Gladiator". Kinda boring
" the " it is your list" tournament.
"Friday night cheese"

For a moment there, I thought you wanted an "American Gladiator" tournament, a la the "game" show from the early 90's.

That was a "huh?" moment...

I think a 400pt would be fun so even more tags and big things can be put on the field.

But only 1 link team, which takes the fun out of the stupid shit that QK could do.

Really who wouldn't want to play 2 5-person link teams? Throw in some other toys.

I want that event to be a total brawl. Like the 40k gladiator event where you can bring titans.

So no surrender, no retreat rules in effect?  In other words do you play it out until your last man is dead?

If Spec-Ops could be used, it would fun to do them with 18-24xp!

@ 400 points would a specops be overkill?
Maybe only in one of two lists.

We definitely have to run this at least once, soon.

I guess if you go by 4xp per 100pts. Then for 400 it would 16xp. Not horribly OT I think.

I think people are going to both Draxtar and Games plus.

I was going to meet up with Zach at G+ to give him the cad computer. I can only stay for one game though.
