Dog warriors, do they get 4 wounds total or 3?

Since i see the stat line of 1 wound for the guy, but then 3 wounds for the dog form.

Transmutation:

...allows the figure to tranform into a different minature with different Attributes...  (Attributes includes Wounds, so your one wound DogFace is replaced by the new form, the 3 Wound DogWarrior) ...minus any wounds taken, at the end of the Order in which he recieves the first wound.

They get 3 wounds. They start in human form. Once they are wounded they transform into the dog warrior. Great thing about them is that they have total immunity so they only thing you need to be scared of is viral weapons.

I have another ariadna question. The hmg and sniper Zouave come with both sizes of bases, does that mean its my choice what I put them on?

Big base is for painters, small base is for the rules since they are small base infantry.  Honestly I don't think it matters in casual games and rules wise its worse to be on the large base for everything but if you actually want to get into close combat.
