Mercs question

How does adding mercs work to ur list?  is there any special rules to follow or, you just add them.  I play combined so I don't even get the option.   just wondering.

In its play you can't add needs unless they are in your sectorial list. I.e. corrigedor can take mcmurrough or Mr. Murder

If you are playing with your buddies you can add them to a list. They are only legal in sectorial lists.

Odd I wonder why it lets u add them to the regular list in the aleph toolbox.

Technically you can use them in any list. For example you can use them in paradiso but there is a chart of compatible factions. ITS restricts then to sectorials

Sorry, that was what I was trying to get at when google auto-sent the last. 

A  mercs list is an availible option out of ITS, but your AVA is greatly reduced.

That kind of "mercs" list allows you to build a custom faction. You choose your units, but their availibility is reduced. I don't have my books in front of me but half sounds right, rounding down.

Chris, short answer, no Mercs in ITS unless it is part of sectorial. Mercs only force, mercs in your regular list for playing with friends.
