Looking for insight

My girl has been broody. Hey. Curious if anyone knows what I'm looking at in this photo? Blueberry was broody and when she came out the other day she had a lot of poop dried around her butt. She is definitely lethargic and a little out of it. It doesn't look like prolapse but when we went to clean her up there was definitely some sensitivity in her but area and some movement. Mites or worms maybe? I appreciate any feedback. Niles doesn't have an avian doctor until Wednesday. If this requires immediate attention, I'd appreciate suggestions for other vet options. Thank you for any feedback.
