We will be taking our grassfed lambs to Chenoa Locker on Monday. They are $7 per pound hanging weight (paid to us) plus processing costs, which are paid directly to the locker. (You would pick up later in October after they are processed.) The lambs should be 25-50 pounds each, and you can go with a smaller or larger one. They were born in January and have had nothing but mom's milk and organic pasture. You tell the locker exactly what you want in terms of cuts. If you'd like one (or two), I just give the locker your name, and they'll contact you about cutting instructions. If you're new to this concept, no problem! I can give you more details, if you're interested or have questions.
