batchalign troubleshooting

Hello, 

I was able to get both python and batchalign installed, however when I try to invoke the program in the Windows command prompt I get an error message:

C:\Users\elisa>batchalign align ~/ba_test/input ~ba_test/output
'batchalign' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Is my command faulty, or are there intermediate steps between installation and use I am missing?
