ANN: chibi-scheme release 0.12 "magnesium"

I've just pushed the 0.12.0 release of Chibi, "magnesium":

This is a minor release with mostly accumulated bugfixes.

A new (chibi csv) library has been provided for easy
out-of-the-box CSV reading and writing.

A new `repl-print` generic has been added to customize
the REPL output, now used to print SRFI 35 conditions
thanks to Daphne Preston-Kendal.

Many improvements to the snow-chibi command have been
provided by Retropikzel, bringing the set of default
supported implementations to 19:

* mosh
