"Recent activity" on snow-fort.org not updated for 2 years

Where should I report this?

Visiting snow-fort.org, on the right we can see
```
Recent activity
(chibi voting) 0.1
2 years ago
```

However, in the package list the most recent package is
```
(srfi 235) 1.0 2023-07-04
```

Also, that "two years ago" is very confusing, after all, a year is a
long term. Could this be replaced with just the date?

Hi Vladimir,

This list is fine for reporting, and sorry for the delay.

It was an nginx configuration issue serving a stale file, should be fixed now.

maybe showing both the date and relative time would be nice.
