What to do with obsolete packages on snow-fort.org?

There several obsolete packages on snow-fort, for example, schelog is
version 2015, although there is version 2018 already.

It was contributed by Peter Lane, who, I think, is not very interested
in maintaining the package. How should such a case be handled? It
would be nice to update it.

Good question.

Peter's package is (rebottled schelog).

There is nothing stopping you from providing an alternative, e.g. (nikishkin schelog).

There is in theory nothing stopping you from also publishing (rebottled schelog), but I don't think the tooling for this is robust.

If you publish an alternative and the older version should be deprecated let me know and I can maybe add a flag and eventually hide it.
