[Dokmai Garden]

Dear Jerry,

Bonsais have been on my mind for quite some time. My dream is to
start one from scratch, preferably Millingtonia or tamarind. Perhaps
we could do something with the bonsai society in Chiang Mai? Another
option is to visiti the fantastic Doi Ang Khang where they have a
superb collection of temperate bonsais,a nd maybe learn some
techniques from the head of that garden section? Jerry: are you into
bonsais then we should be happy to ask you to give a talk and a
demonstration at Dokmai Garden.

Eric and others,

I am merely a beginner, wanting to learn - by listening to my coach, Au
and his Thai friends who are quite expert.

Au speaks fair English, the others none - but are very cordial and
helpful......
